Two and a half acres of mixed hardwood and heavy undergrowth standing where a house needed to go. Cleared, grubbed, and chipped on site, leaving a staked pad and a clean construction access drive.

A rear treeline that had crept forty feet into the field since the last time anyone touched it. Cut back to the original property line and left mowable.
Site Grading · Westlake, OH
Retail pad that had to hit plan elevation within a tight tolerance with the cut and fill balanced on site. GPS dozer work brought it to grade without importing a single load of fill.
Site Grading · North Olmsted, OH
A yard that pitched toward the house and put standing water against the block every spring. Regraded to positive drainage with a shallow swale carrying runoff to the rear easement.
Tree Removal · Avon Lake, OH
Four mature trees between a house and a garage with no room to drop anything full length. Taken down in sections and chipped in the driveway, with no debris trucked through the neighborhood.
Excavation · Elyria, OH
A sloped parcel losing topsoil to sheet flow every time it rained. Cut a stabilized ditch and outlet that carries water to the ravine instead of down the middle of the property.
Driveway Grading · Columbia Station, OH
A long gravel drive washboarded down its full length with potholes deep enough to hold water for days. Regraded, recrowned, and ditched so it sheds instead of collecting.
Finish Grading · Sandusky, OH
Rough-graded ground full of construction rubble and equipment ruts. Harley rake passes pulled the stone off, erased the ruts, and left a fine, even seedbed at the pitch the plan called for.
