The part most contractors leave out of the conversation is what happens to the material. Hauling wood off a site is often the single largest line item on a clearing invoice. We run a Morbark chipper on site, so trees and brush are processed where they fall and the debris never becomes a convoy of loaded trucks and dump fees.
On parcels destined for structure we grub as well as clear, pulling root systems out rather than cutting stumps at grade. Organic material left in the ground rots, and rotting material settles. That is acceptable under a hayfield and unacceptable under a foundation.

Walk the parcel and mark it out
We flag the clearing limits with you, identify trees staying in place, and check for wetlands, easements, and setbacks that would change the scope before a machine moves.

Drop and process the standing material
Trees come down with a dozer, an excavator, or a tree cutter attachment depending on diameter and how close we are to structures. Everything runs through the chipper on site.

Grub the root systems
Stumps and root balls are pulled where the ground will carry structure, driveway, or slab. Where you only need the land open, we cut close to grade and save you the cost.

Leave it workable
Holes backfilled, ruts knocked down, debris handled, and the parcel rough-graded so the next trade or the next season can start without a cleanup phase.
